Checking in
During the course we like to check in at the beginning of each module with our specialized sleep scores to help you assess your sleep skills and track your progress. Let’s start really simple today by just asking How are you sleeping, A, B, C or D?

1. Amazing – Sleeping Well:
36% of UK adults self-reported having good sleep (74% struggle). However, the WHO identified a silent sleep epidemic as many people sleep poorly without realizing.
2. Blurry Eyed – Feeling Fatigued During the Day:
Many people struggle with daytime fatigue due to poor sleep quality. 74% of UK workers report bad sleep quality, which contributes to reduced productivity and increased accidents due to slower reaction time.
3. Can’t Sleep Despite Trying – Struggling with Insomnia

This is affected by a lot of factors including lifestyle decisions that affect our body clocks and disease like sleep apnoea. . Insomnia: Troubles at night like struggling to get to sleep, stay asleep, or feel refreshed after sleep despite trying your best might indicate insomnia.
